Dear Parents and Caregivers:
My name is Ms. Kuhn. I am the kindergarten teacher in room 120. I have been an early childhood educator for over 25 years. I enjoy working with young children and look forward to guiding them through their kindergarten journey.
Kindergarten is a very important year for your child. They will learn to read and write along with number recognition and number concepts. They will also be exposed to beginning Science and Social Studies.
I welcome you to visit our classroom and spend some time working with us. We can always use some extra help. Please check your child's backpack every night for important papers. Homework will be given on Mondays and due back on Fridays. Homework is meant to be completed with help from you or an older family member. Also, it is very important to read to your child every night.
