Ms. Diavastes' VISUAL ARTS 2022-2023

Hello PARETS/GUARDIANS!!!! Let me first say thank you for all your hard work...I know without YOU we couldn't succeed.  

I am excited to welcome back ALL the students to the ART ROOM!!!  

Introductory letters for Visual Art will be coming home with your students.  Please review these letters.  They contain important information about grading and expectations for art. 

Currently in art we are "SHOOTING FOR THE STARS!"  We have been working on self-portraits that depict our own star qualities.  These will go into a school wide galaxy.  

Looking ahead: we are going to celebrate HISPANIC HERITAGE by creating a variety of art inspired by various Hispanic cultures.
