Hello and welcome to my web page!

My name is Ms. Gagné (GON.YAY) and I am an English as a New Language teacher at Frank A. Sedita Academy! This is my second year of teaching in the Buffalo Public Schools District and I am excited to work with students and families to learn more about the communities.

I am currently pursuing my Master's in Urban Childhood Education with a TESOL extension at Canisius College, here in Buffalo.

Facts about me include:
♦ bilingual in French and English
♦ write poetry and essays in my free time
♦ read at least thirty books each year
♦ have lived in California, Washington, Texas, Georgia, Connecticut, and New York

  • In order to reach all of my families in their home languages, I use two text-messaging services, ClassDojo and TalkingPoints.
