I teach Spanish to some amazing 8th graders at B.E.S.T School 6 and Discovery School 67. I have had the honor of teaching in Buffalo Public School since 2002. I taught Elementary Education for many years but have returned to my true passion which is Spanish. I studied abroad in college and lived in Seville, Spain for a semester. While I was there, I was inspired by my teacher and I fell in love with the language and culture. It is my pleasure to impart my knowledge upon my students and give them an opportunity to earn high school credit while learning a new language. My objective is to help my students learn Spanish by providing interactive, meaningful projects and lessons that would prove to be useful in real-life scenarios. In addition to vocabulary and grammar, I like to teach culture and have authentic experiences.
