Hi everybody, my name is Eric T. Crittenden or as the kids like to call me, "Mr. Critt"! I am a teacher/mentor, I play several instuments (saxaphone, keys, voice and drums), I produce music/shows and manage artists and most importantly - I am elated to be teaching you all!!!

My music and teaching careers, respectively, has spanned over 20 years and very quickly, they became one in the same. When I completed a tour, I went into the classroom and in many cases, even on tour - in between shows - I mentored aspiring artists and brought them on stage. At the end of the day, scales will only get you so far. If you want to perform at a high level, you need to perform. Simple. So I have taken it upon myself to get as many aspiring young artists on their path as I can.  Whether it’s on the stage, in the studio, in the classroom, or in life - the path is whole, the path is direct and the path is authentic and that’s what I bring to the table.

Here's some things about me:

I am married to a wonderful woman named Ann Marie Crittenden, who is also a teacher in the BPS, I have 2 amazing kids, Cassidy and Gracie, and 2 silly and lovable dogs - Roxy and Winston!

I hold a Masters Degree in Career and Technical Education, have performed and or worked with some of the biggest names in showbusiness like Sinbad, PFunk, The Roots and members of the Grateful Dead - to name a few and - I have absolutely love connecting students to their path and the people who can help them while their on it!
