Physical Activity and Improving your Grade

First, I hope you are participating in 30-60 minutes of daily physical activity to keep you happy, healthy, and improve your grade This could be anything like playing sports (football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and more), performing exercises (push-ups, jumping jacks, curl-ups, and more) practicing locomotor skills (skip, gallop, jump, hop, jog, run, side slide).  

Second, I would like to know about it! Please email or message me- you could send me a picture or just write me a sentence or two on what/how you are doing!
