The purpose of these Parent / Guardian’s Guide is to provide information and support to the families of students with disabilities within the Buffalo Public Schools.  Understanding the special education process can be complicated and overwhelming – it is our intent to take away the mystery, enhance our relationships with the families of the students we serve, and strengthen Buffalo Public School’s educational partnership with Parent / Guardians and families to improve the outcomes for students.
