to grow as professionals and leaders
We provide year-long opportunities for learning, reflecting, sharing, and collaborating with our colleagues. Our goal is to help you improve your practice to provide our students the best learning opportunities possible.
In addition to online asynchronous learning, we organize district-wide Superintendent Conference Days in which school-based staff have the opportunity to engage with colleagues and experts to gain further insight into their learning. In addition to Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Initiatives, Restorative Justice, and Trauma-Informed Practice, we offer courses in curriculum and instruction across all schools, provide mentorship support, and build educator capacity.
