MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Arts Academy's program for grades 5-8 inspires and motivates students to acquire the skills they need to succeed in high school and beyond.
The Middle School program at the Arts Academy offers:
Daily instruction in artistic major.
2 periods/day, Grades 7 & 8
1 period/day, Grades 5 & 6
Extended English and Math instruction learning time
8th grade Advanced Academic Course Offerings: US History, Biology, Algebra, Spanish as a second language7th & 8th Grade Academic Enrichment: Liberty Partnership Program
5th & 6th Grade Enrichment Program facilitated by Canisius College's Academic Talent Search
5-8 grade Modified Sports

Advanced Placement Courses are weighted 1.1%
GPA’s are calculated by averaging the courses students took in grades 9 through 11, including summer school.
