Emerson School of Hospitality has a long tradition of educating Buffalo’s youth in the art of hospitality and food service skills. Our goal is to satisfy your banquet needs while carrying on these educational traditions.

To maintain the educational integrity of the school, we ask that all calls and requests be made on the answering service at 716-816-3016. All calls will be returned as soon as possible.

All banquet events and dates are subject to the Buffalo Board of Education’s school schedule and the availability of Emerson School of Hospitality students.

Prices on this menu do not include the New York State sales tax or service and delivery
charges. Please add 8.75% sales tax to all requests unless you are a tax-exempt organization. There is also a service charge of 15% per function.
