Parent Portal
Parents and guardians can use the Parent Portal to stay connected to your child’s education.
The Portal provides convenient access to attendance records, grades, and overall academic progress throughout the school year.
We also encourage you to talk with your student about the value of asking for academic support.
Staying engaged can make a meaningful difference in their success.
If you need help logging in or navigating the system, our BPS Infinite Campus Support Team is available through Parent Portal Help.
Use the QR code below (or click here) to update your contact information. You will receive an email within a week to confirm updates and finish setting up your parent portal account. The email will not be sent immediately because Infinite Campus updates every Monday. The email parents receive will come from Infinite Campus.

School Based Management Team (SBMT)
We invite all parents to participate in our Site Based Management Team (SBMT) meetings. Your involvement is key to our success!
Purpose
The purpose of school-based planning and shared decision-making shall be to improve the educational performance of all students in the school.
The key charge of all school-based management teams will be to seek broad-based agreement among all the school stakeholders on programs, practices, or policies that significantly impact and improve student achievement. To accomplish this charge, SBMTs are advised to make certain preliminary decisions that establish team procedures before addressing educational issues. SBMT meetings are held in room 303 after school: 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Specific Dates are featured to the left.
Wellness Team
The Hutch Tech School Wellness Team is co-led by parents and students, administration, faculty, and staff.
Meetings are held in room 303, after school, one Wednesday per month.
Please contact our PELs, a principal, or your child's guidance counselor if you are interested in joining our Wellness Team!
The Wellness Team focuses on the following initiatives: Nutrition; Family and Community Engagement; Employee Wellness, Social and Emotional Wellbeing; Physical Environment; Health, Counseling, and Mental Health Services; Physical Activity; and Health Education.
NOTE: If you have any concern about your child's health or social emotional wellness, please reach out to the school at 716-816-3888. Ask to be connected to your child's Guidance Counselor, who can assess the needs and connect your child with the appropriate supports.
Mental Health and Counseling Concerns: As parents, life can be stressful for you and your family. If you are concerned about your child and think they could be helped with 1:1 or small group counseling, Hutch Tech has two social workers and a school psychologist.
Please call the school at 716-816-3888 and ask to be connected to your child's Guidance Counselor, who will then connect them with the appropriate support person.
If you are experiencing a crisis outside of school hours and need immediate assistance, please dial 988 or seek assistance from the resources provided by our BPS Crisis Prevention and Response Team.
