The graphic Arts and Printing Industry is the largest employer in the Metropolitan Buffalo area. There are 24-48 students accepted into this program each year. Students who enter the printing department will receive introduction in all phases of the graphic arts milieu, including:

InDesign
Quark
Microsoft Powerpoint
Illustrator
Bindery Operations Hot Type
Screen Printing Letter Press
Desktop Publishing Offset Lithography
Digital Operation Quick Print Operations
Keyboard Technology Process Camera
Plate Making

Senior students are placed in internships on work release programs. Those who wish to continue their education are granted fifteen credits toward an associate degree at Erie Community College, South Campus. A four year program is also available at Rochester Institute Technology. Students are prepared for a variety of careers in the graphic arts industry.
