Mrs. Kristen Cutter, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Cutter is a proud graduate of Niagara University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in childhood education (Grades 1–6) with an extension in English Language Arts (Grades 5–9). She also holds two master's degrees from Niagara—one in Literacy and another in School Building and District Leadership.

After graduation, Mrs. Cutter began her career teaching GED courses before relocating to Osceola County, Florida in 2005, where she taught for several years. Upon returning home to Buffalo, she continued teaching locally and joined Buffalo Public Schools in 2015. From 2020-2025, she served as an instructional coach at the secondary level, supporting educators and students alike.

In July 2025, Mrs. Cutter was appointed Assistant Principal at the Research Laboratory High School. She is committed to fostering a learning environment where all students can thrive academically and socially. She is proud to serve the Buffalo community.

Outside of school, Mrs. Cutter is a dedicated mom of two children and values the importance of family, balance, and lifelong learning.
