Drop-Off Procedures:
Arrive no earlier than 8:20am
Use the visitor's entrance on 414 South Division Street, closest to Hickory Street
Students who arrive after 8:40am will be marked tardy and receive a late pass to class.
Pick-Up Procedures
Pick-up window is 3:00-3:15pm

A staff member will greet you at the door
Please have a Photo ID ready
Please Note: Any student assigned to a bus route will be placed on their bus at dismissal unless the main office has been informed otherwise.
Visitor Policy
Schools are a place of work and learning; therefore, certain limits must be set for visitors. The building principal or his/her designee is responsible for all persons in the building and on the grounds. For these reasons, the following rules apply to visitors:
1. Anyone who is not a regular staff member or student of the particular school will be considered a visitor.
2. Visitors and parent meetings can be arranged in person, if necessary. These meetings must be scheduled PRIOR with a specific date and time arranged through the main office. This includes arrival and dismissal times.
3. All visitors Upon arrival, visitors will be asked to go through the eVolv system and then report to the Main Office and sign in. There they will be required to sign the visitors’ log and will be issued a visitor’s identification badge, which must be worn at all times while in the school or on school grounds.
4. Visitors attending school functions that are open to the public are not required to wear an identification tag.
5. All visitors are expected abide by the rules contained in the BPS Code of Conduct.
