Principal's Page
I bring more than 20 years of experience in education, having served as a middle school science teacher, assistant principal for five years, and a principal for fifteen years. I hold professional certifications as a School District Leader and School Building Leader and earned a Master of Science in Secondary Education at D’youville University and Masters in Educational Leadership from Canisius University. My leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, culturally responsive practices, restorative approaches, and strong family partnerships to ensure student success.
At BPS #6, we believe in the power of innovation, technology, and hands-on learning to prepare our students for future success. Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to spark curiosity, foster creativity, and develop critical thinking skills, all while maintaining high expectations and a supportive, nurturing school culture.
We proudly celebrate the rich diversity of our students, who come from cultures and countries all around the world. This diversity strengthens our school community and enriches the learning experience for all. We value strong partnerships with families and the broader community, recognizing that student success is a shared responsibility.
Outside of school, as time allows, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and spending a great deal of time outdoors. Whether through seasonal activities or simply enjoying nature, these experiences help keep me grounded and energized—something I bring with me each day to my work with our students and staff.
Thank you for visiting our website and for being a valued part of the Buffalo Elementary School of Technology community. I look forward to another successful year of learning, growth, and achievement together.
