About Our School-Based Management Team (SBMT)
The School-Based Management Team is a collaborative group of administrators, teachers, and parent/community representatives who guide decisions to support student learning and success. The SBMT meets monthly to review priorities, monitor progress, and provide input on the School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) as well as budget and resource allocations.

Decisions are made through a consensus-based process, ensuring all perspectives are considered. Parent and community involvement is a key part of the team, helping ensure school initiatives reflect the needs of students and families.
