Is your child in need of immunizations, an annual physical, or a sick visit? Mobile health clinics will be available this summer to provide convenient care for children in our community.
Appointments are available from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and must be scheduled in advance. Call or text 716-368-1991 to schedule an appointment.
Services are open to all — your child does not need to attend summer camp to receive care. Families needing primary care support can also connect with a pediatrician through the mobile clinics.
