Student Incentives

Students who bring in more than 100 batteries or a cellphone can earn a small treat for themselves and their classmates.

Call2Recycle also refurbishes old cellphones and gives them to people in need.

Students are encouraged to ask extended family members and neighbors to help collect batteries.

Homeroom Competition: Win a Pizza Party!

At the end of the second and fourth quarters, the homeroom that collects the most batteries will win a pizza party!

How to Send Batteries to School

Parents are encouraged to send batteries in a Ziploc bag, if possible. Please do not include corroded batteries.

Be sure to write the homeroom number on all bags or boxes so the batteries can be credited to the correct homeroom.
