Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts will celebrate 100 years of Black history through the decades with a special evening of art and performance on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Arts The Academy’s Main Stage Theatre.
The event begins with a visual art show and media installation in the lobby from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by a main stage production at 7:00 p.m.
A school-time matinee will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Ticket prices are $3 for students and senior citizens and $6 for adults. The event will take place at 450 Masten Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14209. For ticket information, please call (716) 816-4220.
