Mayor Scanlon’s Reading All-STARS is on a mission to improve the literacy rates among our City of Buffalo youth! Mayor Scanlon’s Reading All-STARS will provide City youth and their families with a few opportunities to improve their literacy skills throughout the summer, and all year long.
