Tracy Cotter brings more than 20 years of educational experience to the position of principal and most recently served as temporary principal at PS 309. Earlier in her career, she served as assistant principal for academic affairs at St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute. Ms. Cotter also was a school counselor at East Aurora High School in 2004.

Tracy Cotter graduated with a Master’s of Educational Leadership and Supervision from Canisius University. She also earned a Certificate of Advanced Study and a Master's in Education Degree in School Counseling at the University of Buffalo. Ms. Cotter holds certifications in school building and district leadership and a permanent certification in school counseling.
