A replacement bus pass can be requested by completing this form; hard copies are available in the main office at school as well. The completed form should be submitted to School Security and a replacement pass will be received at the school within 7-10 days.  During that time, students must get a "one way" pass from the Main Office or Security daily to travel back and forth on the Metro.
