This event will focus on self-care, featuring activities like massages, yoga, healing Sound Baths (Bowls) and Tai Chi. UB's community Mental Health Team will be here checking our vitals and armed with information for a healthier lifestyle, all designed to remind us of the importance of when we take care of ourselves, we are taking care of others. We’ll also have fun activities for kids, including cookie decorating, ornament making, and Pokémon battles. We'll have our annual New Year's balloon drop, holiday caroling from Calvary Baptist Church, and live music from The Nicholas Brothers.
