AVOID THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL RUSH at your students' doctor's office. Schedule a visit now for their annual physical examination and to ensure they are up-to-date with their NYS mandated immunization requirements. Updated medical records must be received by September 16, 2026 or else students without proper immunizations will be excluded from school starting September 17, 2026 in accordance to NYS Public Health Law 2164.
