Avoid the back-to-school rush at your students’ doctor’s office. Schedule a visit now for their annual physical examination and to ensure they are up-to-date with their NYS mandated immunization requirements. Updated medical records must be received by 9/17/25 or else students without proper immunizations will be excluded from school starting September 18, 2025 in accordance to NYS Public Health Law 2164. Updated records can be sent to medicalrecords@buffaloschools.org

Updated Immunization Requirements:
Students with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) who are enrolled in the Extended School Year (ESY) summer school program must be up to date with all required immunizations for the grade they will enter in September.  Your child will be excluded from ESY if they're not up to date with their immunizations. Please make an appointment today.
