Avoid the back-to-school rush at your students’ doctor’s office. Schedule a visit now for their annual physical examination and to ensure they are up-to-date with their NYS mandated immunization requirements. Updated medical records must be received by 9/21/23 or else students without proper immunizations will be excluded from school starting September 22, 2023 in accordance to NYS Public Health Law 2164. Updated records can be sent to medicalrecords@buffaloschools.org
