All field trip requests must be made through the field trip portal. At this time, Triptracker can only be accessed on the BPS User or Guest server.

How to Access Triptracker & Submit a Field Trip Request

Important Reminders
All field trips utilizing First Student buses must take place between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. This means:
Buses cannot pick up before 9:30 AM
Buses must return to the school by 1:30 PM
Darien Lake/Six Flags field trips commonly use SPLIT TRIPS. This means the bus drops off at the destination, leaves, and returns at approximately 6 pm to bring the students and staff back to school.
Out of State travel (short AND long term) requires the Superintendent's approval.
Walking Field Trips must follow the short term field trip process.
**EXPLORE BUSES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE**
Schools are responsible for the cost of transportation.
The district only provides transportation for district-sponsored field trips.
Please keep in mind the following:
First Student (yellow bus) transportation is limited.
The driver pool is often smaller on Fridays.
Availability is first come, first served.
