Our modified athletic programs are for Buffalo Public School students in grades 7 & 8th. Modified registration can be completed through Final Forms at the link below. Our modified programs follow the New York State Public High School (NYSPHSAA) Rules & Regulations. All modified athletes are require to have an updated physical on file with Final Forms yearly.
