The Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) covers a wide range of medical, dental, and vision expenses, including:

  • Medical deductible

  • Coinsurance

  • Copay

  • Prescription expenses

  • Over-the-counter medicines

  • Feminine care products

  • Preventive care

  • Lab tests

  • Hospital services

  • Visits to healthcare professionals

You are provided with a card that can be used to pay for eligible expenses at the point of purchase, similar to a debit card.  View a list of HRA eligible expenses.

The debit card can also be used to pay all, or a portion of, your health insurance contribution for retiree health benefits provided by the Buffalo City School District.
