Pay your health insurance contribution without the hassles of writing checks, buying stamps, and mailing your payment.

Please read the following instructions before submitting payment

  • You MUST enter either your invoice number or name of the employee/subscriber in the Description Box.

  • Please be advised, there is a non-refundable service fee of 2.99% to all electronic payments. Please enter your amount due and the service fee will automatically be calculated in your total.

  • This webpage is for active employees who were mailed an invoice while on a leave of absence and members enrolled in COBRA coverage. If you are a retiree looking to make payment for their retiree health insurance, please select the webpage titled "Insurance Electronic Payments for Retired Employees"

  • If you have any questions about your payment, please contact our office at Benefits@buffaloschools.org or 716-816-3754 before making a payment due to the service fee being non-refundable
