Read to Succeed Buffalo (RTSB) pairs exceptionally successful and talented volunteers to work one on one with some of our youngest learners to help them excel in reading literacy and achieve District Literacy Goals. During 2026 - 2027 RTSB will work with 11 of our Schools.
