In order for the best service possible, please start the approval process well in advance of the event. 

Food Service Catering Order Form

Please download and complete the fillable catering order form. Once you complete the order form please attach to the MUNIS requisition, email Scott Leslie at sleslie@buffaloschools.org and foodservicecatering@buffaloschools.org. The requisition number must be entered on the catering order form.
