SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM

We provide FREE Summer meals to children 18 years and under.

Please download the fillable summer program application to your computer and complete it by typing the information for your site. You may also print and complete it. Return it to the Food Service Department by email or fax no later than Friday, April 24, 2026.

Mandatory summer site representatives trainings on:

Wednesday June 10th and Wednesday June 17th, 2026 at 1:00pm. 

The location for the training will be the Food Service Department 1055 East Delavan Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215.
