Payroll approval dates are based on whether you are a main office location or a school-based location.

Please be advised:

• All payroll must be approved in Executime by the end of the business day on Friday.*

• Paychecks will all be delivered on the same Friday for all employees.

Please note that all Extra Activity & Over-Time is processed as it is received.
