Welcome to the SHP 2026–2027 Sexual Harassment (Self-Paced) Training
This training section is designed for Plant Services support staff and is available in English, Spanish, and Bengali.
Training Instructions
The training consists of a video module.
Throughout the video, brief questions will appear intermittently on the left side of the screen.
These are the only questions you are required to answer.
After answering each question, select Continue or Next to proceed.
Important Reminder
This training must be completed in one sitting (approximately one hour).
You cannot pause and return later.
If you exit before finishing, you will need to restart the training from the beginning to receive credit.
Completion Requirement
You will only be marked as complete when you reach the final screen that displays the confirmation image shown below.
NYS Workplace Violence Prevention Training 2026-2027
Workplace violence is any physical assault or act of aggressive behavior occurring where a public employee performs any work-related duty in the course of his or her employment, including, but not limited to:
An attempt or threat, whether verbal or physical, to inflict physical injury upon an employee;
Any intentional display of force which would give an employee reason to fear or expect bodily harm;
Intentional and wrongful physical contact with a person without his or her consent that entails some injury; or
Stalking an employee with the interest in causing fear of physical harm to the physical safety and health of such employee when such stalking has arisen through and in the course of employment.
