BOARD RECOMMENDATIONS - BOARDDOCS
The District will use BoardDocs to manage Board Meetings.
All Board Recommendations are to be submitted electronically in BoardDocs.
Each Individual must have a User Access ID to create a Board Recommendation in BoardDocs.
Each Department is responsible to request creation of an Approval Tree. The board recommendation will be approved electronically via an email approval process.
** Per Board Member request - a copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Employee Information Report (EEO) must be included with the Board Recommendation for each vendor.
Also include the front page of the original RFP.
