There’s a COVID-19 Reporting Portal that all employees are required to submit to restore lost accruals.  Employees must upload their test results that have been administered by a doctor, immediate care/healthcare facility, hospital or pharmacy and/or ECDOH quarantine/isolation documentation.  Please be advised Home Tests will NOT be accepted as proof of positive results. It will take 3-4 pay periods to see the restoration of up to 5 illness days.  DO NOT send an email.  This is the only way to report a positive COVID-19 test, or quarantine information.
