Please note the key Enrollment and Grace Period Rules (2026):
New Hire Enrollment: Employees have 30 days from their start date to select benefits.
Life Qualifying Events (LQE): If you lose coverage or experience a life qualifying event (marriage, birth, change in bargaining unit), you have 30 days from the effective date of your LQE to add a spouse and/or dependent to your plan, enroll in your new plan.
