Avoid the back-to-school rush at your students’ doctor’s office. Schedule a visit now for their annual physical examination and to ensure they are up-to-date with their NYS mandated immunization requirements. Updated medical records must be received by 9/17/25 or else students without proper immunizations will be excluded from school starting September 18, 2025 in accordance to NYS Public Health Law 2164. Updated records can be sent to medicalrecords@buffaloschools.org

Summer School students must be properly vaccinated based on the grade level they will be entering in September in order to attend summer school.
