Rayhan is a senior at Math Science Technology Preparatory School and has been actively involved in both academics and leadership since moving to Buffalo in 2018. On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, Rayhan was sworn in as a student board representative of the Buffalo Board of Education, where he is committed to representing the voices and concerns of students across the district. In addition to this role, he also serves as the President of the Inner High Student Council, focusing on student engagement and leadership development.

Rayhan maintains a 4.0 GPA while taking multiple AP and college-level courses. He is a member of the National Honor Society and has previously served as Vice President of Student Government at MST for two terms. His advocacy extends beyond the school as he has also delivered presentations on behalf of the CTE Aviation Program in New York State, where he worked to promote student opportunities and development in the aviation field.

Outside of school, Rayhan works part-time at CVS, enjoys traveling across the USA with his family, and takes care of his cat, Leo. His leadership efforts are centered on improving communication, building a strong student community, and ensuring that student concerns are addressed.
