Student Technology Leadership Program Cinematography Competition Student Technology Leadership Program Hosts 2nd Annual “6-Hour Short” Cinematography Competition

Students from Schools International Preparatory School #198 and Hutchinson Central Technical High School #304 to the Center for Innovation, Technology and Training for the Student Technology Leadership Program’s 2nd Annual Cinematography Studies “6-Hour Short” Event.

This exciting competition serves as an opportunity for schools to earn a place in the Cinematography Studies Pathway for the 2026–2027 school year. Students were challenged to put their creativity, collaboration, and technical skills to the test by filming and editing an original short film in just six hours using provided scripts.

Throughout the day, students demonstrated innovation, teamwork, problem-solving, and storytelling skills while gaining hands-on experience in the world of cinematography and digital media production. We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication displayed by all participating students and staff.
