Maggie is a senior at Olmsted #156 and is a standout student. She’s been a Student Tech Leader for 4 years and a Summer Technology Intern. She delivers PDs to adults, teaches digital citizenship to younger students, and excels in Cinematography Studies. A true leader and role model among her peers!

Anijah
Anijah is senior class president at East Community High School and has worked to address students’ interests at her school. She uses her leadership skills to bring people together. She is also a musician, writer, and content creator. Currently, she plans to go to ECC for nursing after graduation.

Reverien
Reverien, a 116-pound weight class wrestler from McKinley High, took 2nd place at the Individual State Qualifiers, earning a spot at the NYSPHSAA State Championship! Rev will proudly represent the Buffalo Public Schools at the Times Union Center competing against the best in New York State!

Rayhan
Rayhan is a senior at MST Prep and has been actively involved in leadership since moving to Buffalo in 2018. He is President of the Inter-High Student Council and participates in the deliberations of the School Board. He delivers a monthly report reflecting concerns of the entire student body.

Kiayesha
Kiayesha is a Theater major at Buffalo Visual and Performing Arts and is passionate about art. She has painted several murals at the CITT as a Student Technology Leadership Program summer intern and recently hosted her first abstract art show at Serendipity Labs at the Seneca One Tower.

Hayden
Hayden is a talented 7th grader at Grabiarz #79 that has been dancing since she was 2. Currently with the Elite Dance Company, she participates in Acro, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, and Musical Theater. She also engages in School 79's programs like Drum Line, Chorus, and Theater productions.

Tasmia
Tasmia is a sixth-grade student at Marva J. Daniel Futures Prep #37. She is an honor roll student who enjoys studying science and math. She joined the DeTECHtives team at school to challenge herself, use her leadership abilities, and sharpen her STEM skills. Her dream is to one day become a doctor!

Saima
Saima is a senior at Burgard and the 2025 valedictorian. She confidently defies gender norms by pursuing advanced studies in machining and computer programming. Along with her impressive academic work, she’s active in the Debate Club, plays tennis, and participates in many other extra-curriculars.

Bruce
Bruce Lutete participated in the STLP Summer Internship and helped develop and deliver an engaging and comprehensive session on educational technology for UB Teacher Residents. He also helps run a student-led help desk at PS #363, is on the football team, is active in his church, and plays bass.

Adam
Adam is a senior at South Park High School and the owner of the New York State high school single-game rushing yards record. Against Iroquois he rushed for 593 yards and seven rushing touchdowns. In addition, he plays impressively on defense. He is a truly an exceptional student athlete!
