Find Your IP Address
Have you ever been asked for your IP Address, when you are on the phone with the Help Desk? Click on the link above to quickly find your IP address. (Mac or PC)

When you are asked to start a remote session for Help Desk Support, click on this link and download the application.
When download is complete click on the file and follow the directions on the screen. Then give the "your id" number to the help desk and the password.
