On June 5, 2025, the Buffalo Public Schools’ Student Technology Leadership Program (STLP) proudly hosted its inaugural Cinematography Studies Film Festival at the Dipson Amherst Theatre. This exciting event celebrated the creative achievements of student cinematographers from Frederick Law Olmsted School #156, Math, Science, Technology Preparatory School #197, Lafayette International School #207, and the Buffalo School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management #355.
The festival showcased a diverse array of student films, highlighting the talents and unique perspectives of our young filmmakers. The audience, which included BPS staff, students, and families, was captivated by the creativity and dedication evident in each production.
